If you are the original purchaser of a 360 Electrical product that is not performing properly please fill out the form below.
After you have submitted you claim, you will receive an email from our warranty department.
Upon receipt of your claim, you MAY BE required to complete the following steps and/or mail, at your expense the following:
- The Surge Protector involved in the claim.
- A copy of the original purchase receipt for the Surge Protector
All claims must be made within 15 days of the Power Disruption and damage to the equipment.
If claims are not made within 15 days of the Power Disruption, the claim is null and void.
